Orders are typically fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST may ship the same business day; those placed after 12:00 PM PST generally ship the next business day. Shipping methods, fees, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Support@eternalpep.com prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible except in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us promptly following delivery, including your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the item and packaging. Upon verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Signature required (U.S. orders over $150): Where signature confirmation is required and delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence, carrier handling and reshipment fees may apply.
Shipments returned due to inaccurate address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may incur additional charges and processing restrictions.
All products offered by Eternalpep are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical application, or therapeutic use.
Materials must be handled exclusively by qualified professionals within controlled research environments and in accordance with all applicable laws and safety standards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse, regulatory risk, or non-compliance is reasonably suspected.
