Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, sterility requirements, and regulatory compliance standards, all sales are final. Eternalpep does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and/or shipped.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections and shipping information prior to completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability.
If a carrier marks a shipment as “delivered”, it will not be considered lost and will not qualify for refund or replacement.
International customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
We are not responsible for shipments delayed, detained, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for customs-related actions, unpaid duties, VAT, taxes, or regulatory decisions beyond our control.
In rare cases involving a verified fulfillment error (such as shipment of an incorrect product), Eternalpep may, at its sole discretion, evaluate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
Any resolution provided does not constitute a waiver of this policy and does not establish precedent for future claims.
All determinations are final.
For safety, sterility, compliance, and product integrity reasons, all research compounds are strictly non-returnable.
Returns based on ordering mistakes, preference changes, improper storage, temperature exposure, or handling after delivery are not accepted.
As all sales are final, refunds are not issued once payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping costs, carrier fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
This policy applies to domestic and international orders without exception, except as determined solely at our discretion under Section 5.
